- Links to educational resource providers
- A customized developmental plan which includes desired resources and a specific plan of action

PHASE 3 (Case Study Mastery Examination)
- A case study mastery examination which simulates "real life" call center situations
- Ability to receive mastery notification upon successful completion of examination
