Anne brings more than twenty years experience in organizational development, team building, facilitation, and customized training, specializing in customer service during the last five years. Anne has significant experience in recruiting, candidate screening, job selection processes, competency development, management development, certification programs, developing performance standards and customized training solutions, and project management. During her career, Anne has held positions at Cornell Cooperative Extension as a human development specialist, University of Connecticut continuing education manager, and most recently directed the Call Center People Renewal and Development function at CIGNA Corporation.
